We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Development Trainer to join our team. As a Course Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions and designing course content for our students.

Responsibilities:

Deliver training sessions on software development topics such as programming languages, software design, web development, mobile app development, and other related areas.
Design and develop course content, including course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology advancements to ensure course content is relevant and up-to-date.
Collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve course offerings and delivery methods.
Provide support and guidance to students to ensure their success in the course.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or others.
Experience in teaching or training others in software development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing technology and course content.

Additional Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with remote training delivery tools and technologies such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Skype.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
