We are seeking a qualified individual or catering service provider to create a comprehensive proposal for the refreshment needs of a group of 20 people. Responsibilities

Prepare a detailed budget breakdown that includes the cost of ingredients, preparation, and service. Keep in mind the target budget constraints provided for the event.
Proposal Presentation:
Create a professional and visually appealing proposal that highlights the proposed menu, pricing, and any additional services offered, such as table setup, serving staff, or equipment rental.
Dietary Restrictions and Allergens:
Clearly indicate the ingredients used in each refreshment item to ensure attendees with dietary restrictions or allergens can make informed choices.
